We only collect what you choose to submit. From the waitlist: your email address. From wholesale inquiries: your name, dispensary or business name, email, phone, city, role, and any message you include. We do not require an account.

We use your information to notify you about our launch, product availability, and early-access opportunities, and to respond to wholesale inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

How Submissions Are Processed

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, and delivered to us by email. Your information is subject to Formspree’s own privacy practices in addition to ours.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to remember your age confirmation for 30 days so you are not re-prompted on every visit. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, limited usage cookies may be set to measure site traffic.

Your Choices & Rights
